Multi-residential

A seven-residence development designed to make considered use of the site while creating a crisp, contemporary coastal feel suited to the location and surrounding market.

Careful planning and refinement of the site layout allowed us to maximise the development potential while maintaining a strong focus on privacy, functionality and liveability across each individual residence.

Each home has been strategically positioned to make the most of natural sunlight, privacy and outdoor entertaining, while maintaining a sense of space and separation throughout the development.

Clean architectural forms, crisp whites, warm timber detailing and soft coastal landscaping establish a relaxed contemporary character across the project. A consistent material palette creates cohesion, while variation in building form and orientation allows each residence to retain its own identity.

Considerable attention was given to balancing the number of residences with private open space, vehicle access, orientation and overall presentation, ensuring the development feels considered and spacious.

The completed design makes strong use of the available site while delivering seven individual residences with a cohesive architectural identity. The result is a contemporary coastal development that balances site efficiency with privacy, functionality and market appeal.
