Every project begins with a complimentary phone consultation. This gives us a chance to understand your goals, timeframes and any early site considerations. For more complex sites, we may recommend meeting on location so we can fully understand the context from the outset.

From there, we prepare a tailored engagement agreement for your review. Once engaged, we arrange a site meeting to finalise your design scope in detail. Your project then moves through our structured design stages, which may include concept design, planning support (if required), coordination with consultants, design development, interiors and selections, and final construction documentation.

Where possible, we run certain stages in parallel to maintain momentum and avoid unnecessary delays. The result is a clear, well-organised process that takes you from early ideas through to fully resolved, builder-ready plans.

Every project is unique, with its own opportunities, requirements and design considerations. Once we understand your scope, site conditions and the level of detail required, we prepare a customised fee proposal tailored specifically to your project.

Every project is led by Principal Designer Tim English, who has over 17 years of experience as a building designer. Yes. Interior design and selections are available as an optional service for clients who would like support with the internal elements of their project. Our interiors team works closely with our building designers to ensure materials, cabinetry, finishes, lighting and fixtures align seamlessly with the overall architectural vision. When selected, this service includes curated lookbooks, materials palettes, detailed specifications, schedules and 3D visualisation where required. If you only require building design, the process remains just as seamless — with the flexibility to add interior support at any stage should you choose.
