Tim English Design was engaged to design a unique boutique multi-residential development that would maximise the value of the elevated site while delivering a premium lifestyle experience for future residents. Key objectives included capturing surrounding views, providing privacy between dwellings and creating homes that felt spacious, unique and connected to their natural setting.

The steeply sloping site and surrounding vegetation played a significant role in shaping the design. Rather than competing with the landscape, the homes were carefully positioned to follow the contours of the land, minimising site disturbance while taking advantage of elevated outlooks and natural breezes. A contemporary palette of timber, screening and lightweight materials was selected to complement the surrounding environment while enhancing privacy and visual appeal.

The completed development delivers a collection of beautifully designed residences that feel immersed within the landscape while maintaining a strong sense of individuality and seclusion.
