Elma

The client wanted to modernise the existing home and improve both its street presence and outdoor functionality. The brief included updating the façade, adding a garage and carport, incorporating a new shed and pool area, refreshing external materials throughout, and introducing fencing to create greater privacy and security.
The design focused on reimagining the home as a cohesive coastal residence while making better use of the site. A refined palette of modern materials, new screening elements and carefully integrated structures helped unify the various additions, while the pool and outdoor living areas were positioned to maximise usability and create a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The completed transformation delivers a fresh, modern coastal aesthetic with significantly improved functionality. Enhanced privacy, upgraded outdoor living zones and thoughtfully integrated ancillary structures have created a home that feels both more practical and inviting, offering a relaxed lifestyle focused on entertaining, recreation and everyday family living.
