Eurimbula Outlook

Set amongst the beautiful natural landscape of Agnes Water and overlooking national park and native bushland, this home was envisioned as a peaceful retreat that would feel truly connected to its surroundings.

Our clients sought a home design that would sit comfortably within the landscape, using natural materials, earthy tones and thoughtful architectural features to blend with the surrounding bushland rather than compete with it.

Capturing the site's elevated outlook, embracing natural light and creating inviting spaces to relax, entertain and enjoy the outdoors were central to the vision. The home needed to feel warm, welcoming and connected to nature, while offering all the comfort and functionality of modern family living.

Taking inspiration from the surrounding bushland, we developed a design that balances contemporary architecture with the warmth and character of natural materials.

Striking skillion rooflines give the home its distinctive architectural form, while warm timber-look cladding and earthy finishes allow it to sit beautifully within the landscape.

Generous glazing draws the outdoors in, framing views of the surrounding greenery, while expansive covered outdoor living areas provide spaces to slow down, gather with family and friends, and enjoy the relaxed Agnes Water lifestyle.

The home's elevated design also responds to the natural contours of the site, allowing the architecture to work with the landscape rather than against it.

A home that feels right at home in it's surroundings. Contemporary yet warm, the design brings together simple architectural forms, natural textures and thoughtful living spaces to create a home that is both beautiful and practical.

What we love most about this project is the way the architecture and landscape come together. It's a wonderful example of how thoughtful design can celebrate the unique character of a site and create something truly special for the people who will call it home.

With construction now underway, we're looking forward to seeing this beautiful home come to life.
