Multi-residential

Tim English Design was engaged to design a boutique three-unit development that would appeal to both owner-occupiers and investors, balancing construction efficiency with strong street appeal and long-term market value. The brief focused on delivering spacious, low-maintenance homes that felt individual in character while remaining cohesive as a development.

The site layout was carefully planned to maximise privacy, natural light and functionality for each residence. A diverse architectural language combining gabled forms, feature brickwork, timber accents and contrasting cladding materials was used to break down the scale of the development and create a sense of identity for each home. Careful attention was given to landscaping, private outdoor spaces and vehicle access to ensure the development felt welcoming and highly liveable.

The project delivers three modern residences that offer the comfort and privacy of a standalone home within a thoughtfully designed multi-residential setting. The result is a development that balances practicality, architectural appeal and investment performance, creating homes that are equally suited to downsizers, professionals and families seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle.
