The client's vision for Solis on Kerr was to create four high-end residences that would appeal strongly to the premium coastal market. Maximising ocean views, maintaining privacy between dwellings and delivering a distinctive architectural identity were key priorities throughout the project.

The design response carefully balanced density with liveability, positioning each residence to capture views while minimising overlooking and maintaining a strong sense of individual ownership. Thoughtful planning, generous outdoor living areas and a refined architectural palette were combined to create a development that feels exclusive rather than compact, despite the multi-residential nature of the site.
