The brief centred on unlocking the site's panoramic views while creating stronger connections between the home, outdoor living areas and rear yard. A new upper-level retreat was introduced to capture sweeping coastal vistas, while a dramatic double-height void brings light, openness and a sense of scale to the heart of the home. A sunken lounge creates a unique gathering space, adding depth and character while strengthening the connection between the living areas and the landscape beyond.
