Tim English Design was engaged to improve the functionality of the home within the constraints of a tight site while also enhancing its street appeal. The brief focused on creating more practical living spaces, improving circulation throughout the home and delivering a refreshed façade that better reflected their lifestyle and long-term needs.

Working within the existing footprint and site limitations, the design reconfigured the internal layout to make better use of available space while introducing architectural elements that strengthened the home's visual presence. Careful consideration was given to improving indoor-outdoor connections, increasing natural light and creating a more cohesive relationship between the home's interior and exterior.
