Positioned on an elevated corner block with a moderate slope, this site presents a unique opportunity to maximise ocean views through to the Keppels. The orientation of the block was carefully considered when producing this design and takes full advantage of dual street access, ocean views and smart use of floor space.

Strategically designed on the higher side of the slope, delivering a multilevel design that compliments the hillside. Incorporating a double car enclosed garage underneath, an outdoor living space, including deck, large open windows, sliding doors, and open-plan living area with extra high ceilings - creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

 

The home is both connected to its' surroundings and maximises the layout and island views from every vantage point.
